Holy Crap!
The US Supreme Court has just ruled that manufacturers of technology are responsible for how consumers use that technology! Basically what they are saying is that if you use say Internet Explorer to commit a crime such as fraud, then Microsoft could be legally held responsible for providing you with the means to do so!The damage this could do to the world's technology market is incalcuable. Unless of course, the world's technology market does what one would reasonably expect it do, which is to say to the Supreme Court "Listen you withering bunch of retards; criminalising the entire software and technology market just to get back at one or two insignficant companies that create P2P technology, an act which incidentally will do fuck-all to stop file sharing, is about the dumbest thing imaginable. Therefore, I would invite to suck my balls."
